Business Consultant Specialist:

Responsibilities: Be organized and capable to manage many different clients at the same time.  Able to multi-task efficiently and create good relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.  Gather basic information needed from clients to help through the process.  Capable of answering questions about business loan requirements and converse easily about multiple business industries.

Qualifications:  10+ Years of Banking & Lending Experience. Excellent phone and email communication skills.  Familiar with all financial terms, lending terms & financial documents. Dedicated and able to work in a team and be self-motivated. Basic computer and CRM skills.

Schedule: Full-time 8am to 5pm

Business Plan Writer:  

Responsibilities:  Researching, Creating, Revising and Writing various Business Plans for Startup, Existing, Growing and Declining Businesses. Knowledge and research of all business industries with the ability to interpret customer specifications. Demonstrate ability to communicate financial data reports with clients.  Manage clients expectations and outlay outstanding results.  Convey business owners plans and goals in positive light for optimal success. Documents being created, but not limited to:

Business Plans, Operational Plan, Executive Summary, Risk Management Plan, Acquisition Business Plan, Business Continuity Plan, Executive Stakeholder Plan, Financial Proforma, Financial Forecasting

Qualifications:  Associates Degree. 3+ years of specialized detailed technical writing experience.  Excellent phone and email communications skills.  Familiar with business funding terms and practices. Advanced computer and CRM skills.  Attention to detail.

Schedule: Full-time 8am-5pm

Research Assistant:

Responsibilities: Be organized and capable to manage many different reports and projects at the same time.  Able to multi-task efficiently and create good relationships with employees.  Compiles data from a variety of banks and lending sources. Enter, analyze and update information in department's computer system. Assists research employees in preparing reports, power point presentations and presenting that data to various internal departments. Maintains up to date files and records of research data. Searches sources such as reference works, documents, statistical records and evaluates applicability of collected data to research subject. Performs quality control through audits in order to resolve any discrepancies.

Qualifications: Demonstrates organizational and communication skills. Committed to provide excellent employee support and service on research and/or reports. Advanced computer and CRM skills.
